Here’s a wtf moment. This girl was getting carted around by her boyfriend inside of a stolen Walgreens shopping cart and was caught by one of Illinois’ Finest law enforcement agency, all during a Gay Hate Crime “Hug-In” protest. I wish the guy in white wasn’t in my frame, but oh well.
James Misses BJ
James sits in the Union while deciding what to do after we missed BJ Novak’s comedy show.
I heard the show was “meh” anyway, he was supposedly an hour or so late. Oh, BJ. *giggles*
Animal Rights
A squirrel got into the house and a few of my housemates got with a BB gun.
Ironically, tonight I get to write a paper analyzing an Animal Rights activist’s argument against Speciesism for my philosophy class. Myself, I am admittedly a speciesist. I think that it’s immoral kill animals with wanton disregard (extreme speciesism), but I’m not sure that I can wrap my head around the theory that non-human animals and humans have equal rights in certain respects.
PS. Yes, these guys are truly hicks. Mike (on the right) is especially weird.
