Party Like A Rockstar!
Please Remember Your Babies
My mom just got off the telephone with my uncle in San Francisco, and she retold the story that she had just heard over the phone.
My uncle’s family-friend had her husband drop off their son to soccer practice. After he did so, he went off to work, but forgot to drop off his baby, who was in the back seat, at the baby-sitter’s. He was not aware his baby was still with him, so he went off to work and spent the day at the office.
His wife called him up later that day telling him that the baby sitter was still waiting for him to drop off the baby. He frantically ran outside to the car, but by then the baby had already passed away. The baby was left inside the hot car for seven hours.
This is the second story like this I have heard this year, and apparently 3 dozen babies in the US die every year because of this. Please remember that your children are in the car.
